  • Preparation Guidelines:

     

    • If you have reference photos of a brow style you prefer, please bring them with you.

    • We offer customize designs based on your skin tone and facial structure.
    • Avoid tweezing, waxing, or tinting your brows for at least 2 weeks prior to the procedure.
    • Makeup and foundation will be removed before the procedure.


     

    Post-Procedure Care:

     

    • Keep your brows clean . Use a professional healing serum to keep the eyebrows moisturized and prevent infection..
    • Refrain from using makeup, skincare, or exfoliating products on the brows for at least 7 days.
    • Avoid touching, rubbing, or picking at scabs to prevent pigment loss.
    • Avoid swimming, saunas, intense exercise, and sun exposure for at least 7 days.
    • Mild itching in the treated area is normal. 
    • Slight fading may occur depending on individual skin types.

  • Preparation Guidelines:

     

    • Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and avoid wearing contact lenses during the procedure.
    • Stop using lash growth serums (e.g., Latisse®) or lash-enhancing products for at least 2 weeks prior.
    • Remove all eyelash extensions before your appointment.


     

    Post-Procedure Care:

     

    • Avoid touching or rubbing your eyes; keep the area clean and dry.
    • Do not wear eye makeup for at least 7 days.
    • Avoid exposure to steam, swimming, saunas, or sunlight for at least 1 weeks.
    • Light swelling and scabbing may occur—do not forcefully remove scabs.

  • Preparation Guidelines:

     

    • If you have a history of cold sores, begin taking antiviral medication 4 days before the procedure and continue for 4 days afterward.
    • Keep your lips hydrated and moisturized for at least 1 week prior by using lip balm or petroleum jelly.
    • Gently exfoliate your lips with a DIY sugar scrub (e.g., honey and sugar) 3 days before.
    • Avoid using active ingredients in lip care products before the procedure.
    • Clean your mouth before the procedure—use mouthwash or brush your teeth to prevent bacterial infection.


     

    Post-Procedure Care:

     

    • Regularly apply the provided healing ointment to keep your lips hydrated and prevent cracking.
    • After eating, gently wipe your lips with saline solution and rinse your mouth to prevent bacterial infection during the first 7 days.
    • If you experience any cold sores or blisters, contact your primary care physician promptly and use prescribed antiviral medications.
    • Avoid spicy, salty, or acidic foods and alcohol.
    • Do not pick or peel off scabs to avoid pigment loss.
    • Refrain from swimming, saunas  or sun exposure for 7 days. Once healed, you can resume using normal lip products

  • Preparation Guidelines:

     

    • Do not wear mascara before your appointment to ensure clean lashes.
    • Gently clean your natural lashes to remove oils, dirt, or makeup residue.
    • Arriving on time allows you to receive the full service.


     

    Post-Procedure Care:

     

    • Keep your lashes dry for the first 6-8 hours.
    • Avoid rubbing or pulling to prevent lashes falling off.
    •Avoid oily makeup removers or skincare products.
    • Regularly clean your lashes with a special lash shampoo to remove excess oils ensuring cleanliness.
    • Gently comb through your lashes with a brush to keep them neat and untangled.
    •  Eyelashes go through a natural growth cycle, refill every 2-3 weeks to maintain lash retention.
